Is the diagnosis charged?

No. The initial diagnosis is free. We then provide an estimate, and billing at 90 € HT / heure only begins after your explicit approval.

What access do you need?

A Shopify collaborator account with strictly necessary permissions (themes, apps, relevant settings). You can revoke it at any time after the intervention. We never ask for your personal password.

Do you work with stores outside France?

Yes. All interventions are carried out remotely, for both French and international stores. Communication takes place in the language of the website you are viewing.

Are you Shopify's official support?

No. Shopify Fix is an independent agency of Shopify developers. For questions regarding your Shopify subscription billing, you should contact Shopify support; for everything related to code, apps, and technical setup, we step in directly.

What if the issue comes from a third-party app?

This is common. We isolate the responsible app, fix the conflict on the theme side when possible, and explain precisely what to request from the developer when the fix lies with them.

How does payment work?

Payment on receipt of invoice by bank transfer, after the intervention. No direct debits, no mandatory subscription.
